Joel M Stern, chairman and CEO of Stern Value Management as well as the creator and developer of the Economic Value Added (EVA) model, will discuss modern financial theories and their impact on corporate governance next Wednesday at the Lok Jack GSB Mt Hope Campus from 5.30 to 7.30 pm.
Stern is the executive editor of the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance and a professor at Columbia University, Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, The University of Chicago (Chicago Booth), the University of Cape Town, Singapore Management University, Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Universidad EAFIT, and the Lauder Business School.
