Will Martinique have to forfeit its place?

If Martinique is not a member of Fifa and cannot go the World Cup, what happens in the unlikely event it ends up in the final four? Will it have to forfeit its position to a team that can actually go to the World Cup. Why, if the CFU knows Martinique cannot qualify for the World Cup, does it not change its rules to reflect that reality?
